WORLD'S LARGEST YARD SALE ROAD TRIP

Come along with us on our trip to the "WORLD'S LARGEST YARD SALE" I picked Minyele up at her house at 8:00 am. We brought our cooler full of water, drinks, and goodies. I thought to bring our carry on luggage with wheels after Minyele couldn't find a granny cart with wheels. These came in handy. We arrived at Warrensburg NY at 10:30 am. We parked for $5.00 and headed out for many miles of vendors, yard sales and such. "Just let me rest here"
These chairs were fantastic.
Here is Minyele. I would love to have this carved bear on my porch.
I couldn't resist taking a picture of this little darling. We love dogs you know!!
This was interesting.
We thought this little vintage sewing machine was adorable. Actually we saw two of these through out the day.
Minyele just loved these...... and she thinks my taste in halloween items are scary??
We wondered how many extra sales this booth got with this sign??
This booth was interesting.
All day I found boxes full of antique/vintage photographs, everyone wanted more than I wanted to spend. I know of a place near home where they are much cheaper.
Lots and lots of jewelery, only picked up a couple of pieces.
We had a great time at the sale, too much to see in one day. We discussed being a vendor there next year, we are still in discussion....we will have to see.
Minyele purchased garden flags, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. She also purchased some vintage reciepe cards and a key ring. I purchased a few pieces of vintage jewelry for my collage projects, and two small 3 ring binders that I'll be using for some collage pages for my own use and some black wrought iron hangers that I'll be using to hang some of my antique/vintage kitchen utensils.
Thanks for coming along.
Michele
