VINTAGE INSPIRATION FRIDAY #4

Welcome to my Vintage Inspiration Friday #4. I am inspired by fall, just the thought of fall makes me feel wonderful. I love the earth colors, the reds, oranges, pumpkins, hay bales, candles, cozy days, etc. This is a vingette on our table as you enter the porch leading up to the door of the house. This table is always decorated with something. I have been creating some Halloween items last few days, you can see those in earlier posts here. My daughter was just saying to me last week that we should start creating things for ourselves. Why she says that you ask...we used to own and operate a craft shop on the island we live on for three years. We always used to mention to each other that we never craft for ourselves nor did we use the crafts we made in our own homes. Well she is right, it is time to make some fun things using some of the items we use while making other projects that others enjoy. These items I have set aside to make Minyele a Halloween item (Halloween is her favorite time of year) It is going to be a surprise for her, don't tell her will you???
Some of the items are an antique photograph holder, skulls, spiders. A fantastic photograph of a family.
Vintage lace and trims will adourn the item. Vintage keys and tassles as well. Glitter, feathers and even bingo cards. Some people love bingo, do you??
Stay tuned for the finished project, I will post when finished.
Thanks for stopping by.
HAPPY FRIDAY
Michele

And I do love me some Bingo!!!

Hi Michelle, Thanks so much for dropping by and leaving your nice comment. Is that a sunflower in the vignette? It's huge!!! I finally did my front porch yesterday when the temperatures dropped from 99 degrees to the 70's. Made it seem a lot more like Fall. I am guilty too of not creating for myself. :(

I love your fall decorations all those lovely colors. Fall has really settled in here and the trees are looking beautiful. Even though I like white I love to see others use the rich colors of fall.
