ROAD TRIP

Yesterday, hubby and I took a road trip. We headed south to Burlington first to have some breakfast at International House of Pancakes, that was great. Then onward to Middlebury where we found a rinky old flea market that I think had more fleas than anything else. I noticed this antique telephone there, see how dirty it is. I believe most of these people leave their belongings out all week, under tarps, but all the same. I got some great instructions on the use of my camera from a vendor, thanks Mr. Vendor person, it was all useful.Traveling along we spotted this deer just eating away under the apple tree.

Here, nearby was her friend. Usually one doesn't get this close to the deer.

We have this new saying on our desktop.

Here is hubby on a very old wooden ship, the ship is called The Ethan Allen Gun Boat. Hubby loves old boats and war time that includes ships and boats and such. Actually our home is located on a waterway to the broad lake (Lake Champlain) where the boats sailed to and from the ocean, right on by our house. This is sometimes amazing to think about.
