I have one of the bunnies done and here she is as promised.
If you are not up to speed on the topic, I purchased these bunnies at the Christmas Tree Shop a few weeks ago. You can see that post here.
.
Using one of two Dakin Farm ham bag,s I made an outfit for the bunny. I am not sure if I will use the other ham bag on the second bunny or not, still thinking about that.
A few weeks ago I purchased cheese cloth from our local dollar store. I spent a tad bit of time dying some of it so I could have it on hand for gosh knows what. I guess I found a use for some of it a little sooner than I thought, always good to plan ahead sometimes....
I found the perfect piece of vintage doily to use as a little vest, cute hah??
I painted the inside of the ears with a little bit of light pink paint with glitter. My camera hates to pick up the glitter, but it is there.
I adhered the bunny to a piece of book cover so I could add some brown hay around the bottom and added some eggs and tiny pine cones. On the back of the bunny is a piece of the back of the ham bag that has the cooking instructions on it.
I am so please how she turned out. I hope the second one turns out good, too.
I will post the other bunny as soon as that one is completed. I must get these in the mail, sending them to Nevada.
Thanks for stopping by.
