Welcome to "THE ARTFUL BAG CHALLENGE"
This challenge is hosted by Anna at Frosted Petunias
If you would like, you can join in on the fun, create your own bag or just go over to Frosted Petunias to see what other bags have been created, could be alot of fun!!~!

This is the bag I made.

Glued to a template made of cardstock I covered the bag with vintage dictionary pages.

Covering the handle with purple tule type fabric (the camera did not pick up the shine). Using a piece of vintage lace trim from my stock, I glued to the bag.

The roses are cutouts from some vintage wallpaper.

Finishing off with a piece of beige colored ribbon and two buttons.

I enjoyed making my paper bag for the bag challenge and much look forward to looking at all the other bags made.
Next month will be another bag challenge and I can't wait. Thanks for stopping by. If you like bags, stay tuned for more. Michele

Oh I love this sweet purse! The dictionary pages are brilliant for a background, I love to use them too. Great idea using the tulle to wrap the handle also. Thank you so much for sharing and for playing along this month :)
