HALLOWEEN CREATING ON MY MIND

I have dragged my Halloween tote out, oh boy!
I thought I would share a few photos from the past.  Maybe I will inspire some of you to drag your goodies out as well.
The theme, Halloween and Christmas are the two holidays I really, really enjoy creating for.
I love the typical colors of fall,  my all time favorites.  I have also been know to go with some blues, purples and bright oranges, all is good.  I typically use antique images of people in my creations, makes it feel more spooky I guess.
Here is a Altoids tin.

I have created many pieces using these two little guys.
My sister in law, Lois gave me this photograph many years ago.   She believes they are family members from long ago but does not know which ones.  I have managed to ask a few of them and no one knows for sure.  Anyways, I love to include these two little guys in many items I create.
This is a tag that was sent to a swap partner.

Another tag.
I will be creating a few Halloween items for my dear friend, Karla. We have been planning a one on one swap together.  We will be creating a large tag using an image that Karla picked out.  We are also creating a 6 x 9 altered canvas of sorts made using an antique book cover that will sit in a picture holder.
Thanks for stopping by.
Michele

What a breath of candy corn air here today! It is finally that special time of the year when the golden autumn sunshine makes the shadows grow longer...
I am just delighted with how my tag for you has turned out...it got a lot bigger than I expected but I could not help myself. As for the book cover, I will have to surprise you there. I do hope that you will like it.
Soft Indian summer hugs, Karla

Hi Michele! I love the tags you created! I think I'm going to drag out the Halloween bin this week. Let me know if you're interested in swapping? Have a wonderful week ahead!
