I have finished my hat for the Royal Wedding (if I had an invite I would wear this lovely).
I have joined in on a Wedding Wear party over at Laura's from
Go on over to see some of the fun.
In an earlier post
hereI mentioned I LOVE hats, and would wear them if it were normal to do so where I live.
Besides, I can't think of where I would wear a hat such as this, maybe Price Chopper??
I love vintage lace and flowers.
I thought these feathers coordinate well with the flowers.
Of course hats have to have bows and lets not forget a little bit of
bling.
Could you imagine going to an event where hats such as this were just as much a part of a woman's outfit as her purse and shoes?
I would go with so much excitement just to see the hats.
Thanks for stopping by.
Michele
p.s. I think Kate must have fun while shopping for all of her hats!

Easter's coming. Wear your hat proudly.
Thank you so very much for linking up.
Very Elegant hat I would wear this hat to afternoon tea and the royal wedding. You did an amazing work of art to create this one of a kind hat.
Such a beautiful hat! I agree, Easter's coming, wear your lovely hat. Such a treasure, and that you actually made it - Wow! Thanks for sharing.
Joining you thru Laura's post. How very talented you are. I fondly remember my mom wearing her hats to church in the 1960's. Wish I had one of those to remember her by today.
I too wish hats were okay to wear again. I used to have an easter hat each year as a kid.
I LOVE IT!!! I simply adore hats and you did an awesome job with this one. Maybe if we all started wearing hats they'd come back!
stunning creation!
I love your hat creation! I would also love to wear hats everywhere. When I watch an old movie, I'm always entranced with the women's hats. laurie
