SPRING AND EASTER TAGS

I've been happily creating spring and Easter tags.  I decided to get out my Harper Magazine 1856 pages again.  I love creating with these images.  I purchased the book at a local auction house for pennies really.
I also used some of my images I purchased from Etsy for pops of color.
I enjoy having these available for whenever I need a tag for a gift or a gift for a swap partner as a little extra in the package.

This image is not from the Harper Magazine book however, it is one of my all time favorites in my personal stash.  I have used this image many times in my art, I find these little boys to be so darling.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

SHARING MY SWAP GOODIES

Hello everyone!
I am so sorry to have been gone this long, I had computer problems aghhh!
I have gotten behind on my blogging,  and I need to share with you all of the Valentine goodies I received from my wonderful swap partners.
I received this altered heart shaped candy box from Lisa/LisaLaughsFlicker over at the MAMA group, she spoiled me so good with all of the goodies and the box is so beautiful, love it.

See, I told you!

This is a fabric tag from Terri/Designs by Terri Gordon also from the MAMA group.  I tried and tried to get a good picture of this amazing tag, maybe because some of it is pure white, don't know.  What I do know is,  this is stunning!!

These are the three pocket tags I received from Red Lead from their 2014 ATC project.  So sweet!

I received a wonderful package from Mercedes/All Things Pretty over at An Altered Place.
First up is an altered Bingo card, isn't this fantastic?

This is an altered matchbox I also received  from Mercedes from the Vintage Dragonfly Flicker group.
Darling indeed!

A peak at some of the goodies inside.  I am sure I will make good use of these little pieces.

The one with the red crown is from Dawn, a gold metal letter attached, love it.
The one with the arrow is a gift from Kimberly our wonderful hostess, includes goodies attached.

The one with the gold bird is from Amy/Flicker page this bird is carrying an actual tiny envelope, I love this...
The little boy is from Marlene/Uniquelyella, vintage lace and trims, some of my favorite items for sure.
I wanted to thank each and every one of you for these wonderful swap opportunities.
I specially want to thank the hostess's of these swaps, thanks for all you do!
Thanks for stopping by.
I have been busy with some Easter/Spring creations, will post on that soon.

FINISHED UP WITH VALENTINE CREATIONS

I have finished up with all of my Valentine commitments.
What a great time I had creating many different items for swaps I played along in.
This is an altered cabinet card with a sack I created for Lou at Blissful Art Group

Here is an altered Vintage bingo card I created for Mercedes at An Altered Place

Three tags I created for Blissful Art Group and a large bingo card for the hostess.

An altered matchbox for Michele with Vintage Dragonfly Flicker group.

I have been newly accepted into the Marie Antoinette Mail Art group, this I am very proud of.
This is an altered heart shape candy box for my partner Lisa.
It is stuffed full of goodies for her, new, vintage and little creations for her to use.

A heart shape chipboard for my partner Kristin at An Altered Place.
The bird and background is actually a napkin.
I really like how this turned out.

My second item created for the Marie Antoinette group, this is a fabric tag for my partner JoAnne.

I am hoping my swap partners will be happy with their items...
I guess I will put away Valentine items and get out Easter goodies next.
What creations have you made in the name of LOVE?
Thanks for stopping by.

OH BOY, WHAT A MESS!!

What a real mess I have going on in my studio.
I have been so busy lately with Valentine creations, I have not taken any time to pick up much.
Thought I would share what my space looks like in a working mode, instead of all picked up and picture ready :)

Notice my snacks?

This is my working box at the moment.  When I create for holidays I gather all of (most of) the items I think I will use and have most of it in this box on my table, this way most is at my fingertips.

I am almost finished with all of my Valentine commitments, I suppose I could pick up some but I would much rather have a look at this instead....
Thanks for stopping by.
